Recycling protects our land, preserves resources, and builds a cleaner future for generations. Our recycling services help reduce our landfill waste while providing gainful employment and support resources for the adult handicapped in Nelson County.
Communicare operates the recycling center and partners with the City of Bardstown and Nelson County Fiscal Court to provide recycling services across the county. We appreciate our current recycling patrons and hope to inform more of our Nelson County residents about the benefits of recycling with us.
HOURS
RECYCLING CENTER HOURS:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm;
Closed from 10-10:15 am for break and from 12-12:30 pm for lunch.
